Thermal Receipt Printer is connected to the cash drawer with RJ11 cord. Simply plug the cord to both ports on the printer and cash drawer and you should be good to go. Does this printer work with Square or other third party delivery platforms? Unfortunately, our current model does not support Square, Clover, Toast, UberEats, DoorDash, Postmates, etc. Why can't I find/connect to the printer on my iPad/Mac/Android via Bluetooth? Our printers are often not discoverable as they require software compatible. If you are not able to connect to the printer, please try to discover and connect to the printer from the application that you will be using to print receipt from. I have connected everything, why is it not working/printing? If you are using Bluetooth, please make sure your POS software supports ESC/POS commands and is able to pair bluetooth printer within the app. If yes, proceed with your POS software setting, and search for the bluetooth printer and pair. Why can't the receipt printer be found using Bluetooth? If you don't see the printer in the application, or are printing unreadable codes, this could mean there is a compatibility issue and requires further development based on our SDK guideline.
