Erasable with Alcohol The ink used for B10 is alcohol-erasable. When you print by mistake or you no longer want the prints on the surface, you can use alcohol to wipe it off. Multicolor printing is not supported. Ink Cartridge Maintenance Please shake the cartridge before use and wipe the printhead surface to make it clean. After use, please wipe the printhead surface again. If it’s not operating for more than 10 minutes, please cover the protective cap; if it’s not operating for more than 8 hours, please remove the cartridge from the printer and cover the protective clip of the cartridge in time to prevent the cartridge from drying out and blocking the nozzle. Repeat print function is set as default in B10 printer. To print variable contents, you will need to turn off the repeat function first by following the steps below: • Connect B10 to PRTFOX APP • Click "Settings" icon at the top left corner • Click "Print" in Setting • Turn off the "Repeat print" at the bottom • Click the check icon After this setting your B10 should be ready to print variable contents. How to use the bulk print function? To bulk print, you could simply import single or multiple files to the phone. By creating multiple jobs, you could print different file at one work. What should I do if the printer cannot connect to the APP? 1. After using the original password to connect to the wifi of the machine, select "Confirm Connection" on the pop-up prompt page 2. If step 1 is unsuccessful, please forget the network and use the password again to connect to the wifi and then wait for 30s, the confirmation prompt for connecting to the network pops up, and then confirm the connection to the network.
